Rules and Regulations of Zaid Academy

These rules keep every class fair for students, families and teachers. Please read them before you start your regular classes.

What happens when you cancel a class, depending on when you tell us.

Give at least 3 hours' noticeTo qualify for a makeup class, inform your teacher or message us at least 3 hours before the class starts.
Tell your teacher or our Support TeamTo cancel a class, you can inform your teacher directly or notify our Support Team.
2 to 4 makeup classes a monthWe offer 2 to 4 makeup classes in each membership month, depending on your total hours.
No notice means no makeup classIf a student cancels a class without informing the teacher or the Support Team, there is no makeup class and the student is charged for it.

Eid holidays

We don't offer makeup classes for religious occasions such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Eid holidays are included in the monthly fees, so there are no makeup classes and no refunds for these holidays.

Your fee journey with Zaid Academy.

Fees are paid in advanceAfter you successfully complete your free trial sessions and decide to continue, we fill out the registration form and the fee is charged in advance when you join our regular classes.
Late payment pauses classesClasses may be paused if the fee is not paid by the due date.
Fees follow the student's levelFor students who agree to the terms of service, Zaid Academy adjusts the fees according to the student's level. Fees increase at the end of the course when the student moves up a level.

Absences of more than two weeks

Zaid Academy reserves the right to cancel the classes of any student who is absent for more than two weeks without prior notice. No refund is issued in this case, as per our terms of service.

The amount refunded depends on when the student stops classes.

Refund amount by the time the student stops classes.

Full refund (100%) before the course beginsIf the student leaves a course before it begins, within one week before the start date, the full amount is refunded.
75% refund after the first weekIf the student stops classes after the first week, 75% of the amount is refunded.
15% to 25% refund in the middle of the monthIf the student stops classes in the middle of the month, 15% to 25% of the fees are refunded.
