If you want to cancel a class, you are required to inform your teacher or text us 3 hours earlier to avail the makeup class. We offer (2 to 4) make up classes in a given membership month depends on total hours. For cancellation of class you can either inform your teacher or you can notify Support Team. 
If the student canceled a class without informing the teacher or the support team, there is NO make up class and the student is charged for it. We won't offer makeup classes for religious occasions, for example, EID-ul-Fitr and EID-ul-Adha. Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees and there are no make up classes and no refunds for these holidays.
After successful completion of free trial sessions, you may decide to continue. We will fill out the registration form and you will charge the fee in advance when you join our regular classes. Classes may be discontinued (paused) if you do not pay the fee by the due date.๐Students who agree to the terms of service, Zaid Academy will adjust the fees according to the studentโs level. The fees will be increased at the end of the course when the student level up.ย Zaid Academy reserves the right to cancel the classes of any student who remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notification. No refund will be issued, as per our terms of service.
If the Student will leave a course before the course begins to date within one week before, Full discount (100%) of the amount will be repaid to the Student. If the Student stop classes after the first week then 75% of the Amount will be refunded. If the Student stop classes in the middle of the month then 25-15% of the fees will be refunded.
